SMR Development is a small consulting firm, with a focus on achievable housing development and urban renewal. Shellan M. Rodriguez, a one woman show, has a unique set of skills working with public and private sector clients to develop a multi-tiered solution to community based development. She has nearly twenty years experience in the private, non-profit, for profit and government sectors of affordable housing development and urban redevelopment. She also brings a breadth of experience working in Boise, Idaho and around the diverse communities of California and Montana. Shellan has experience working in resort towns including on the island of Maui and the Tahoe Basin in California. She is a problem solver and an effective project manager, she can help with acquisition, entitlement, public housing policy, actionable housing plans and more. Let’s work together!
